Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 77bcd website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Eligibility and Age Restriction

77bcd operates a strict policy of zero tolerance for underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Account Registration and Verification

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 77bcd applies this same-method rule as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations. If your original deposit method is unavailable, please contact support before requesting a withdrawal to an alternative method.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within four hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. These timeframes apply on all days including weekends and public holidays.
77bcd does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 77bcd's control.
Deposit Source and Anti-Money-Laundering

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific offer.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are available to players aged 18 years or older who hold a fully verified account in good standing.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 77bcd, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or creating an account with the intention of committing fraud.
- Money laundering: Using the 77bcd platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer tables.

Game Rules and Fairness

If a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed system error on the part of 77bcd, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
Account Suspension and Closure
Either party may close a 77bcd account, subject to the conditions described below.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Once your account is closed at your request, you may apply to re-open it after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to identity re-verification.
If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel that gambling is becoming a problem — please inform our support team of this reason. In such cases, the account will be classified as a self-exclusion closure and a re-opening request will not be accepted for a minimum period of six months.
Closure by 77bcd
77bcd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Confirmed underage gambling
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward platform staff
- Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months
Where an account is closed by 77bcd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be applied to dormant accounts until either the account balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account. Players will receive an email notification before the dormancy fee begins to apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bcd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
77bcd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from reliance on platform availability.
77bcd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 77bcd will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any outage but does not accept liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77bcd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
77bcd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.
Continued use of the 77bcd platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
